I have always been a fan of quiet music with the power of loud music, and Sinister Bodies of Water hits this mark on many levels. It’s hard to describe, but their sound is lo-fi folk blues smoothed out with a depressing happiness – captivating in its mellow heaviness. Soothing and saddening, a darkness I want to float away on. CVLT Nation is stoked to share with you their new visual “When The Knife Calls,” shot and directed by Kitchener, ON’s Torin Langen.
